“Heliux Island”

A scene from What Goes Around. When the epiphany of the bad guys' ultimate plot hits, it puts an apple in a hero's throat. Here, Keno and Gregor watch Skullduggery hijack an entire island, its caverns filled with lighter-than-air gas. Once all the caves were sealed, this rock balloon was able to rise from the sea. Worse yet, the barnacle monsters attached to its underside had a nasty hunting mechanism of spitting steam jets at their prey, but in the air, these jets took the form of red hot lasers! Skullduggery had a makeshift warship at their disposal!
