GvM's kitchen is the first room that visitors enter, and it's also where the team conducts most of their business while gathered around the table. Telltale items include the ale keg and milk pails on the shelf. Stumpy must have already finished dinner. (He actually finishes?) In this scene, an informant dropped by with some big news that Keno has his ear tuned to. Keeb must already think it's an impossible mission.
